Police are asking for help identifying and locating a man who robbed a bank Tuesday morning in west Fayetteville.
Officers responded to a report of a robbery at First Security Bank at 3443 W. Wedington Drive at 8:39 a.m., according to a social media post from the Fayetteville Police Department.

Photos of the suspect retrieved from the bank’s security cameras were also posted on the department’s social media on Tuesday
“This is an active investigation, and we will release more information as we are able,” according to the post.
Police said anyone with any information is asked to contact Detective Cody Strange at 479-587-3520.
