Walmart AMP adds Beck, Phoenix, Eric Church, Kidz Bop and Nickelback to 2023 concert lineup

 

Walmart AMP officials have added four more concerts to the 2023 lineup in the past few days.


Nickelback

Rock band Nickelback will bring their Get Rollin’ Tour with Brantley Gilbert to the AMP on Thursday, July 20.

Tickets range from $40-$150 plus fees, and go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 (presales start on Jan. 24). Gates open at 5 p.m. and music starts at 6:30 p.m.


Eric Church

Country singer-songwriter Eric Church has added eight stops to his upcoming tour, including a show at the AMP on Thursday, July 27. Midland and Ray Wylie Hubbard will open the show.

Tickets range from $55-$169.75 plus fees, and go on sale to the public at 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 (presales start on Jan. 24). Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m.


Beck and Phoenix

Eight-time Grammy-winning artist Beck will perform at the AMP on Friday, Aug. 18 with Grammy-winning band Phoenix. Weyes Blood and Sir Chloe will open the show.

Tickets range from $45-$150 plus fees, and go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 (presales start on Jan. 24). Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and music starts at 5:45 p.m.


KIDZ BOP

KIDZ BOP will bring their 37-city Never Stop tour to the AMP on Saturday, Aug. 19.

Tickets range from $29.50-$59.50 plus fees, and go on sale to the public at noon on Friday, Jan. 27 (Citi credit card holders get presale access on Jan. 24). Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and music starts at 6 p.m.

AMP officials said the family-friendly show will feature new songs, choreography, special effects, and the return of the Daddy Dance Off, which gives dads a chance to show off their best dance moves on stage.

New for the 2023 season is the AMP’s $20 Premier Reserved Parking add-on, which guarantees a space in the parking lot across from the venue’s main entrance. A limited number spots will be available for most shows.
