A cafe and bar is in the works in a converted house in downtown Fayetteville.
The new restaurant, called Moonhouse, will be located at 129 W. Lafayette Street.

We reached out to the Instagram account established for the new business, and the owners told us the restaurant will be a “cafe bar concept with cold American cuisine.”
The atmosphere will be unique, with seating inside and outside the old home on Lafayette. The house had previously belonged to Central United Methodist Church next door, before they sold to the current owners in 2020.
If all goes well, the new spot is set to open “in about a month,” we’re told.
