A beloved crêperie that got its start in the northern part of the region has expanded into Fayetteville.

The owners of Bentonville-based restaurant Crêpes Paulette last Thursday announced that their new location at 2341 N. College Ave. is officially open for business.

Crepes Paulette originally opened in a food truck on the Bentonville square, and is operated by Paula Jo Chitty Henry and her French husband Frédéric Henry, according to their website. The menu focuses on a variety of sweet and savory crêpes, along with soups, coffee drinks, and other items. The restaurant moved into their first “brick-and-mortar” location in 2016.

In addition to the new Fayetteville location, Crêpes Paulette still operates their Bentonville location at 100 SW 8th Street.

To start, the new Fayetteville location is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. “temporarily,” according to a comment on their Instagram page. We’re guessing they’ll likely expand those hours eventually.
