Hotvine Wine Shop coming to Fayetteville this fall

A new shop offering hundreds of wine varieties, a tasting room, snacks, and more is set to open soon in Fayetteville.

The business, called Hotvine Wine Shop, will be located at 440 N. College Ave., not far from the corner of Maple Street.

“Our aim is to make shopping for wine fun for everyone,” said shop owner Adam Bernbach. “We’ve curated a selection of over 300 labels, organized in a clear and approachable way. With thoughtful staff to help our customers shop with confidence.”

The shop will also include a selection of zero proof and non-alcoholic wines, along with some snacks and other items.

“In our tasting room, we’ll be selling 2 oz pours from a small, ever-changing list of wines we’re psyched about,” Benrbach said. “And most days, we’ll have a low-ABV cocktail on the list as well. All while spinning our favorite records and talking about wine.”

According to his website, Bernbach has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. He has created cocktail programs for Washington, DC-based Fat Baby and In Living Kuller Restaurant Groups and others. He also creates drinks for marketing programs and events, and holds educational seminars under his company Coconut Pineapple and Rum.

Bernbach said if all goes well, the shop should be up and running sometime in mid-to-late November.

After that, the shop will be open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
