The new shop, called Zen Tea, is in the works at 420 N. College Avenue in Fayetteville, in the building next to Moped U.

The shop will offer boba teas, sandwiches, tea art, gifts, and other items.
Renovations on the building have been ongoing, including new murals covering the front and north side of the building.
We reached out to the company via Facebook, and the owner told us if all goes well they hope to host a soft opening next Thursday, Nov. 9.
