A lobster food truck that became famous after being selected on ABC’s “Shark Tank” will stop in Fayetteville this weekend.

A Cousins Maine Lobster truck is scheduled to set up outside Fossil Cove Brewing on Friday, March 22, according to a social media post.

The brand is considered to be one of the top Shark Tank investments, and has grown from a single location to more than 60 restaurants and food trucks since the fourth season of the TV show in 2012. The company is known for its wild caught Maine lobster rolls and authentic New England clam chowder.

The menu features three types of lobster rolls and a variety of special items like lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos and lobster quesadillas.

Extras include smothered and covered tots with pico de gallo and cilantro lime sauce, Cape Cod chips, whoopie pies, Maine Root sodas and more. Kids meals are also available, according to the online menu.

Online pre-orders will be available from 9-11 a.m. before the truck opens from 12-8 p.m. In-person orders will also be available all day, according to the post.

The truck is also scheduled to visit Social Project Brewing in Bentonville on Wednesday (March 20) and Ozark Beer Co. in Rogers on Thursday (March 21) during its Northwest Arkansas visit.
