Crystal Bridges and the Momentary are set to host the inaugural Wellness Festival from May 2-5, integrating art, nature, food, and community to celebrate well-being.

The festival, coinciding with the opening of The Portal: An Art Experience by Jewel, will feature an array of both free and ticketed events including talks, workshops, and culinary experiences designed to explore the link between creativity and health.

The festival begins on May 2 with a panel on women and maternal health in Arkansas, featuring Crystal Bridges board chair Olivia Walton and producer, filmmaker, and advocate Tonya Lewis Lee, with opening remarks by Grammy-nominated singer Jewel. An immersive sound healing session with Davin Youngs will follow.

Activities on May 3 at the Momentary will cover wellness panels, author discussions, and food demonstrations by Chef Matthew Cooper.

“The Portal,” opening on May 4 at Crystal Bridges, offers an experience curated by Jewel, including an aerial drone show, an art walk, and original artworks.

A free community day on May 5 will conclude the festival, with wellness activities and discussions featuring Arianna Huffington and Alice Walton on art and health.

Details and ticket information for the Wellness Festival are available on the Crystal Bridges website.
