UA to host appearance by actor Dylan Sprouse April 24

An actor and writer best known for his work on the Disney Channel is coming to Fayetteville.

Dylan Sprouse, who played Zack Martin on the show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and the spin-off series The Suite Life on Deck, is set to participate in a moderated Q&A event at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24 at Walton Arts Center. The appearance is part of the University of Arkansas’ Distinguished Lectures Series.

Sprouse has also appeared in several movies, including After We Collided, My Fake Boyfriend, Turandot, and Beautiful Wedding. As a younger child, Sprouse and his brother Cole shared the role of Julien in the Adam Sandler film, Big Daddy.

The event is free to attend and open first to University of Arkansas students, faculty, and staff. If any seats are left, the tickets may be made available to the public at a later date.

Students and UA faculty and staff interested in reserving tickets can do so at waltonartscenter.org. Tickets are limited to one per uark.edu email address.

The Distinguished Lectures Committee in recent years has hosted guests like Daveed Diggs, Bob Goff, Angela Davis, Aly Raisman, Gloria Steinem, Tan France, Jennette McCurdy, Venus Williams and Tyler James Williams.
